For just £20 per person, you will be shown how to make proper, fresh pasta – the Italian way.
Make your own fresh tagliatelle from scratch and see how masterful ravioli (spinach and ricotta, in this instance) is crafted.
You’ll also see how to make a proper Italian tomato sauce to complete your dish and replicate at home.
The Italian Pasta Masterclass will be held on Sunday, 9 October from 11.30am until 1.30pm.
Il Forno’s talented chefs will be on hand to explain the origins and techniques behind the classic Italian pasta dishes, which you’ll enjoy as a group in the restaurant afterwards.
